As a commercial leader, Bill has created billions of dollars in value for shareholders and investors through a relentless focus on solving meaningful problems for customers. Bill’s expertise includes commercial strategy, building sales organizations, selling enterprise solutions into a variety of healthcare stakeholders, driving culture and values as a key differentiator and M&A.
As the Chief Commercial Officer of PWNHealth, he led its 20x growth across a variety of markets including the health plan and diagnostics space that culminated in an acquisition by EverlyHealth. He led all aspects of sales, account management and marketing while providing critical leadership in their go-to market strategy, mergers and acquisitions. Bill expanded indirect channels in select markets while focusing investment and direct resources on growth initiatives in the health plan space.
Prior to PWNHealth, Mr. Paquin served as the Chief Commercial Officer of Aptus Health, formerly Physicians Interactive, where, over the course of 4 years, he oversaw it’s US growth efforts. Mr. Paquin led a successful initiative to rationalize the product portfolio and move from small transactional contracts to more transformational relationships with large pharma and biotech companies. This included a market leading approach to the use of data and analytics in pharmaceutical marketing services. He also served as the CEO of Vertical Health and an EVP at Medsite through its acquisition by WebMD.
