Colleen M. Reilly Consulting focuses on culture transformation, recruitment, retention, and
wellbeing. Prior, she founded Total Well-Being, the nation’s leading corporate wellbeing
consulting and engagement software solutions. Some of her clients included the State of
Arizona, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Coors Beverage Company, Nelnet, and Keurig Green
Dr. Reilly has experience at Accenture as well as time at the world-renowned Mayo Clinic, where she consulted with more than 60 Fortune 500 clients, including but not limited to, Boeing, Morgan Stanley, Walt Disney Company, and Exxon Mobil. Colleen also spent time leading the Health & Productivity department with Coors Brewing Company, saving nearly $16M over 5 five years, and being instrumental in earning Coors the 2002 Gold Well Workplace award, recognizing Coors as one of the healthiest workplaces in the United States.
Colleen Reilly has a Ph.D., a Master of Business Administration, and a Master of Science Management with an emphasis in sports and wellness management from the University of Denver and a bachelor’s degree in Combined Science (Chemistry/Biology/Physics) from Santa Clara University. As a professor at the University of Denver, she teaches The Emotionally Effective Leader, Philosophy of Wellness, the 4th Industrial Revolution in the Entrepreneurship program, XR in Business, and Entrepreneurship for the PMBA. She is also a certified life coach, marathoner, avid cyclist, group fitness instructor, and yoga guide. She formerly served on the Colorado Governor’s Council for Physical Fitness board.
