Heather Healy

Workplace Behavioral Care Management

Heather Healy, LCSW-C, CEAP, CCDC, Q-SAP has designed, developed, and directed workplace based behavioral health prevention and early intervention programs across federal, state, and non-governmental organizations over the past four decades.  She has a specialized expertise in creating peer-based assistance, early behavioral health intervention and critical incident response programs to support employee wellness.

For the past twenty-four years, Heather has served as the Director of the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for the Association of Flight Attendants which serves 50,000 Flight Attendants at 19 airlines. Heather also serves as the Program Manager for the Flight Attendant Drug and Alcohol Program (FADAP), a FAA sponsored substance use and mental health disorder prevention and early intervention safety initiative. Heather is the Clinical Coordinator for the State of Maryland’s Dental Hygiene impaired professional’s program and maintains a private psychotherapy practice.

Heather is licensed in Maryland and DC as a clinical social worker. She holds multiple professional certifications and serves as a field instructor for the University of Maryland Graduate School of Social Work.
