His varied roles include Chief Medical Officer, Heads of Quality, Product Development and Global Regulatory Affairs. He has a proven track record of forging strategic partnerships and pushing innovation.
Prior to joining the private sector, John served in the military and held various leadership roles in the Departments of Defense, Health and Human Services and Homeland Security. His 6+years at the Food and Drug Administration as well as executive experience in Big Pharma (Johnson and Johnson) and small biotechs (Mezzion) have given him a unique perspective on the future of clinical trials and drug development landscape.
John trained in Otolaryngology at the University of Washington, Family/Preventive Medicine at Emory University, holds a Master in Management from Duke, Doctor of Medicine from Temple and Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
