Scott has over two decades of business development experience in the payor and provider markets, with emphasis on the government programs arena. His strengths include new business sales, account management, client retention, new market development and revenue stream creation.
He recently founded Monadnock Consulting LLC., that provides consultative and fractional CRO services to startups/emerging companies in the payer/provider space leveraging his vast sales experience and contacts. He also serves as a strategic advisor to several PE/VCs groups focused on acquisitions and perform due diligence in those efforts. He is also a nationally recognized speaker in the payer space and has served on the RISE Board of Directors and was the first member in the RISE Association that is focused on the risk adjustment marketplace.
Prior to starting Monadnock Consulting, he was President and CRO of Pulse8 and led the organizations sales efforts from infancy, ultimately selling the business to Allscripts. He has deep experience in the Risk Adjustment/Quality Analytics space as well as coding, submissions and IHA’s
Prior to Pulse8, SI was the VP of Sales for Matrix Medical Network, effectively serving as Matrix’s Chief Revenue Officer by winning the Prospective Risk Adjustment business of dozens of Medicare Advantage health plans nationwide.
