Tony Buratti is the Chief Executive Officer of Brooklyn Riley Investments LLC, where he specializes in helping Healthcare and Technology companies expand into federal and commercial markets.
Tony boasts a remarkable 25+ year career as an executive leader and engineer, with extensive experience in the Healthcare sector, Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Health and Human Services (FOH), Department of Justice (FBI), Department of Labor, Department of Homeland Security (US Secret Service), Department of Defense, the Intelligence sector, the Civil sector, and international customers.
Prior, Tony served as the Vice President of Corporate Development for Leidos QTC Health Services for more than 8 years, where he was instrumental in developing and executing corporate strategies, defining future lines of business, Mergers & Acquisitions, and managing Business Development. He also provided strategic oversight for all consultants and business partners. Leidos QTC Health Services is the largest provider of outsources medical exam services including Disability Exams, Occupational Health Exams, Readiness Exams, Worker’s Compensation Exams, Case Management, and Primary Care to both Federal and Commercial customers. Leidos QTC Heath Services is a multi-billion-dollar subsidiary of Leidos which is a Fortune 500 company.
Before his tenure at Leidos QTC Health Services, he spent 16 years at Lockheed Martin, where he held various roles in corporate development, business development, capture management, program management, operations, acquisitions, and engineering. His efforts were pivotal in securing over $5 billion in new orders, leading large cross-functional teams, and establishing and managing new operational units for both international and domestic markets.
Tony holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University, as well as a Master of Business Administration from the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University, with a focus on Strategic Business Development and Finance.
