Yvette Jenkins is a nationally recognized healthcare executive with more than two decades of experience advancing payor strategy, market access, and diagnostic innovation across the U.S. healthcare system. As Senior Vice President of Payor Solutions at Labcorp, she leads a $6B revenue line encompassing more than 2,500 client agreements and four enterprise business groups: Managed Care, Market Access, Payor Quality Initiatives (HEDIS/STARS), and Innovative Payor Partnerships (IPP). As a strategic leader, Yvette built IPP from the ground up to unlock new revenue streams in which diagnostics and diagnostic data create measurable value for PBMs, data aggregators, and payer-adjacent organizations. She also restructured and assumed P&L ownership of Labcorp’s Gap-In-Care business, creating operational efficiency and improving profitability. Her leadership extends across the enterprise: she serves as the executive sponsor for UHG, advises Labcorp’s venture fund on investments and commercialization strategy, and sits on M&A committees evaluating acquisition opportunities, reimbursement risk, and integration synergies. Over her tenure, she has delivered sustained revenue, volume, and price growth, restructured critical business lines, and developed high-performing teams grounded in accountability, results, and client-centricity.
Yvette holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from California State Polytechnic University at Pomona where she was named Presidential Scholar for the College of Science.
